Impasse Ronsin. Murder, Art and Love in the Heart of Paris. Museum Tinguely, Basel, 16 December 2020 – 29 August, 2021

In the midst of Paris´s Montparnass district, Impasse Ronsin was a unique artists´ colony. For more than a century it was a place of art, innovation and creation, home to a broad range of diverse artists including Henryk Berlewi, Constantin Brancusi, Max Ernst and Niki de Saint Phalle. This first major museum exhibition to focus on Impasse Ronsin presents more than 50 artists with over 200 works, all made in this magic place.Follow the video tour with curator Adrian Dannatt and Andres Pardey through the exhibition, featuring several works of Berlewi:
